I Will Be x Avril Lavigne

Exams are finally over and I can finally breathe - and clear up this relatively dusty, empty space.

Many things happened over the past few weeks but heck, I'm highlighting the more significant ones in this humble (albeit dying) blog of mine.

First thing on the agenda :
My parents threw me a surprise 21st bbq!
I should've known -_-
Mum's been bugging and bugging me excessively about throwing a bash, but I've been adamant about it.

I just don't feel like throwing one.
So heck, she threw one for me!

17th October '09, Saturday.
Changi Beach.

Thank you, ibu and babah, I'm so blessed to have such loving and supportive parents.
To my cuzzies, I sooooo love my 21 presents from all of you! There's actually 22, I counted!!
To my best buds, Rain and my gorgeous girlie girl, Linda, thank you for coming, I love you guys :)
To Putra Rifqy Luelza and Putri Cinta Zatrisha, you babies are my (and Han's) number one weaknesses. Please don't grow up too quickly.
To my grandfolks from both sides, thank you for the ka-ching, moga dimurahkan rezeki dan dikurniakan kesihatan selalu.
To my siblings, aunts, uncles, cousin-in-laws, cousins, Babah's WO friends and those who came, thank you so much, for everything.

Next on my list:
Even though H couldn't make it for the party (due to the bane of my existence called NS), he more than made up for it by treating me like a queen on the day I turned 21.

26th October '09, Monday.
Out and about Singapore.

Thank you baby, for the gorgeous hand drawn card, 9 stalk blooms, the birthday cookie, the nail spa voucher and the agnès b. wallet.
And for being such a sweetheart since the day we were classmates till today.
In us, we trust.

And, the third and ending note to this entry:
10th to 11th November '09, Tuesday to Wednesday.
Slumber Party @Bencoolen

It was our way of letting off steam, kicking it together in our most comfortable clothes, with no make-up and stuffing our faces with the likes of Pringles, hot dog buns, double cheeseburgers, potato chips, Sinalco and Sarsaparillas.
We had goodie bags for each of us - filled with pretty lip glosses, soaps, nail buffers and all things girly.

But of course, not before we plastered our faces with make-up, courtesy of D and curls, courtesy of... me!
Well, curls for the rest and straightened hair for me, since we decided to switch up.

Please endure our vainpot poses and such.
We're girls, its what we do.

Thank you babes, for making our slumber party a night to remember.
We totally deserved it after what the exams put us through.
Pfft.
More to come.
And I'm still stroking the birthday present you ladies got me, its preeettttttttttyyyyyyyy :)

Besides the above 3, the highlights of the few months back included the Style magazine invite-only fashion show and "The Hills" outing with Rain, Rain's "Geek in the Blue" 21st party, movie dates with H and a couple more I can't remember.

As hectic as this end of year will be, I wouldn't want it any other way.
I'm loving life!
Alhamdullilah.
