5 kg lighter since 1 1/2 weeks ago.
Extreme exercising
Skipped 800+ +jogged fer 20 minutes along the Expressway+Sit Ups+Ab Slides.

NO BANGLAS OR WHATEVER FOREIGN WORKERS OKAY!?
